A mezcal of pure Oaxacan origin

From the heart of Oaxaca, we craft a mezcal that’s 100% artisanal.

Our palenque is rooted in mezcal country, where ancestral knowledge guides every step of the process. We use Espadín agave roasted in a conical stone oven, milled with a tahona pulled by tractor (no animal labor), naturally fermented, and double distilled in copper stills.

The result: a pure mezcal, free of additives, rich in character, and true to its roots.
