MEZCAL MULE
This bold take on the classic mule features mezcal in place of vodka, bringing a rich, earthy depth to the refreshing blend of ginger beer and lime. Served over ice in a copper mug and finished with a fresh lime wedge, it’s a lively cocktail that balances spice, citrus, and complexity in every sip.
- 2 oz mezcal
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 4–6 oz ginger beer (to taste)
- Lime wedge or wheel
- Mint sprig (optional, for aroma and color)

A smoky twist on the classic margarita, our Mezcalrita blends the bold, earthy character of mezcal with fresh lime juice, a splash of orange liqueur, and just the right touch of sweetness. Served over ice with a salt (or Tajín) rim, it’s a perfectly balanced cocktail—bright, smoky, and unforgettable.
